BC Services Card for Android app Unsecured Network error - update

We made a change to our BC Services Card for Android app on January 24, 2025. The change ensures the continued security of the app but may result in an “Unsecured Network” error.
To avoid this error, when using the app, perform a software security update if your Android device has version 9.0 or later of the operating system. To do this, go to 'Settings,' 'Software Update,' and then download and install security update. For Android version 8 and older, please download the latest BC Services Card app from Google Play.
For Android
Requires Android version 6.0 or later. You can not use a beta operating system.
