Verification Loop Issue

If you have received an email confirming that your identity has been successfully verified and your app is ready to use, but you find the app is still asking you to complete the verification steps, please try the following steps to resolve.
You will need to verify again.
If you hold a valid BC Services Card, start a video call during Service BC business hours to verify.
If that doesn't resolve the issue:
Step 1: Remove account - click on the Account tab or go to Settings in the top left corner and click <Remove Account>
Step 2: Uninstall the app
Step 3: Re-install app from app store
Step 4a: If you hold a valid BC Services Card, try another video call during Service BC business hours to verify
Step 4b: If you do not have a BC Services Card, try another Send Video. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please call the Service BC Help Desk
